2009 Santano Sangiovese
Beaujolais style wine made from Sangiovese grapes grown in the Boitano Family vineyards at the 1800 ft. elevation of the Sierra Foothills.  This vineyard is located in the famous, old wine- producing area of Mokelumne Hill.  To preserve the wonderful berry flavors, Santano underwent cold fermentation and was aged in stainless steel.  Santano goes with a variety of food from soups and salads to heartier fare such as steak or pasta.

2004 has proven to be a wonderful year for this Amador Shenandoah Valley Zinfandel.  Just released and people are raving about the wonderful taste of this year's Zinfandel.  Small amount bottled so do not hesitate!
